With over 14 years of Landscape Lighting Installation experience, we will consult with you, design and install a custom premium LED lighting system that will enhance the beauty of your home, gardens, outdoor living space and

Commercial Perimeter Lighting
In addition to residential lighting, we also specialize in Commercial Perimeter Lighting for business and property security, safety, and closed-circuit camera optimization. Outdoor lighting can also create a welcoming, attractive “curb appeal” that can actually increase client visits
providing safety and security.
Outdoor Sound
Systems
Sonance Landscape Series (SLS) is a totally scalable outdoor speaker system that delivers perfectly even volume

sonic performance from small satellite speakers and below-ground subwoofers that are hidden completely out of sight among plants and under foliage.
Our Process
Seacoast Outdoor Lighting uses premium low-voltage LED Lighting fixtures and equipment from manufacturers such as CAST-Lighting and Kichler.
By using different techniques like reflective lighting, cross lighting, wall lighting, moonlighting, backlighting, and silhouetting, using various lighting fixtures we can create 3D scenes and capture different textures of your landscape and architecture.

Annual Services
New England is known for its harsh weather, especially on the shores of the Atlantic, Seacoast Outdoor Lighting will return to your property to make sure your LED system is working correctly. We will check every fixture for placement, coverage issues, LED Bulbs, any wiring issues like cut lines etc....
These services will be charged by time and materials.
